How to Delete Your Account

To request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data, please contact our support team using the email address or phone number registered with your account.

What Happens When Your Account is Deleted?

  • Profile Data: Your name, email, phone number, and saved addresses will be permanently removed.
  • Order History: Access to your past orders and receipts will be lost. (Note: We may retain anonymized transactional data for legal and accounting purposes).
  • Rewards & Wallet: Any unused rewards, vouchers, or wallet balance will be permanently forfeited and cannot be recovered.
  • Irreversible: Once the deletion process is complete, the account cannot be restored.
